Abstract

The genus Adrapsa Walker of the subfamily Herminiinae (Erebidae) comprises about fifty species worldwide, including two species, A. ablualis Walker, and A. simplex (Butler) found in Korea. In this study, we newly report A. notigera (Butler), providing a diagnosis, description, and photographs of the adults and their genitalia. Additionally, we conducted a maximum likelihood analysis based on the mitochondrial COI sequence to examine the phylogenetic relationships among the members of Adrapsa.
